Stefan Meier
Biography
Stefan Meier is a multidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles.
His work attempts to describe human-kind’s relationship with the natural world and the modern world. The story is told as a fragmented timeline of human history through images and text that Meier accumulates through lived experiences and various media (books, movies, Wikipedia, etc.)
Meier works in painting, drawing, collage and textile design. Past collaborators include David LaChapelle, Bernhard Willhelm, Darren Romanelli, K.B. Lee, Smets in Luxembourg, Maxfield Los Angeles, LN-CC in London, GR8 in Tokyo, Mr. Porter, and Netflix.
